How long does it take to view the exhibition?

Visitors will spend approximately 60 to 90 minutes in the exhibit.

May I take pictures at the exhibition?

Photography is not allowed at the exhibition.

Will children enjoy the exhibition?

The exhibit is recommended for children of any age. Children 16 years of age or younger must be accompanied by an adult. Strollers are allowed in the exhibition.

Where can I park and does it cost anything?

Parking is available in the large four-level parking garage on the west side of the Station and in the front parking lot. Prices and hours are as follows:

Parking Garage:
First 3 hours are free, after that it's $1 every half hour with a maximum of $10 a day.

Front Parking Lot:
6 a.m. to 9 a.m. - Free
After 9 a.m. - $1 for 0-2 hours
$2 for 2 to 4 hours
$10 for more than 4 hours

Where is the exhibit located?

The exhibit is located in the new Bank of America Gallery located on the Station's lowest level. You may access the gallery from the B-level (the level you come in on from the parking garage). Follow the signs past ticketing and take a left at the escalators. Go straight ahead until you reach a set of escalators leading down to the lower level or C-level. Take the escalators down to the gallery entrance. An elevator is also available. See a Union Station staff member for directions to the elevator.

Are wheelchairs available?

Yes, wheelchairs are available for loan at the Information Booth located on the Station's first level. Visitors will be asked to leave a valid driver's license behind while the wheelchair is being used.

Are there restaurants to grab a bite to eat?

Union Station features two restaurants ranging from casual to fine dining. The Harvey House Diner serves quick, economical breakfast and lunch items. Pierpont's is a fine dining establishment specializing in steaks and seafood for lunch and dinner.

What are the terms and conditions of sale for tickets?

  • All sales are final. There are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges.
  • Tickets will not be mailed but will be available on the day of your visit for pick-up at Will Call located in Ticketing.
  • Food, beverage, chewing gum, cameras and other recording devices are not permitted in the exhibit gallery.
  • Please turn cell phones off or to vibrate.
